Hope & Healing CIC recognises that wellbeing is not just about individual support, but about connection, belonging, and knowing where to turn for help. Our Community Connection and Signposting service exists to help people feel less alone and more confident navigating the support available to them.
Many people experience barriers when trying to access services, whether due to lack of information, confidence, past experiences, or feeling overwhelmed. We provide supportive, non-judgemental guidance to help individuals understand what support is available locally and how to access it in a way that feels manageable.
Our role is not to replace existing services, but to act as a bridge. Through conversations, events, workshops, and wellbeing check-ins, we help people connect with community groups, wellbeing activities, voluntary organisations, and appropriate specialist services when needed.
Community connection is central to everything we do. We create welcoming spaces where people can meet others, build confidence, and develop supportive relationships at their own pace. This may happen through group activities, shared learning, or informal conversations that help people feel seen and supported.
All community connection and signposting support is non-clinical, consent-led, and focused on empowerment. Individuals are always in control of their choices, and support is offered without pressure or expectation. Our aim is to help people feel informed, supported, and confident taking the next step that feels right for them.
