Who we are

Hope & Healing CIC is a community-led organisation dedicated to making wellbeing accessible, inclusive, and grounded in real life. We exist to support adults who may be experiencing disadvantage due to social, economic, health, or life circumstances, by offering practical, non-clinical wellbeing support that meets people where they are.

We believe that wellbeing should not be a luxury or something people feel pressured to achieve. Many individuals face barriers such as cost, confidence, past experiences, or lack of access when trying to engage with support. Hope & Healing CIC was created to help remove those barriers and offer welcoming, respectful spaces where people can explore wellbeing in ways that feel safe and achievable.

Our work focuses on nutrition, movement, holistic wellbeing, and everyday life skills, delivered through community events, workshops, group sessions, and supportive wellbeing check-ins. Everything we offer is designed to be practical, empowering, and inclusive, with no judgement and no expectation to “fix” everything at once.

We take a non-clinical approach, complementing existing services rather than replacing them. Where further or specialist support is needed, we prioritise clear signposting and partnership working to help people access the right help at the right time.

At the heart of Hope & Healing CIC is a belief in dignity, choice, and connection. We know that small, supported steps can lead to meaningful change, and that wellbeing is strengthened when people feel seen, supported, and part of a community.

Hope & Healing CIC is based in Sheffield and works in partnership with local organisations, practitioners, and volunteers to support healthier, more connected communities.
