At Hope & Healing CIC, we believe movement should feel enjoyable, accessible, and motivating, not pressured or intimidating. Our movement sessions are designed to help people reconnect with physical activity in a way that feels positive, social, and achievable — regardless of fitness level or experience.
We focus on fun, music-led, and engaging activities that encourage people to move more without the fear of “getting it wrong” or needing to be fit already. Sessions are inclusive, supportive, and adaptable, with options to take part at your own pace.
Our movement activities may include:
Group rebounder (fitness trampoline) sessions
Dance-based exercise classes
Resistance and strength sessions set to music
VR fitness experiences that make movement interactive and enjoyable
Outdoor movement activities, such as walking or hiking groups, where appropriate
These sessions are not about performance or pushing limits. They are about building confidence, enjoyment, and consistency, and helping people experience movement as something that supports wellbeing rather than adds pressure.
All sessions are designed to be:
welcoming and non-judgemental
adaptable for different abilities and confidence levels
focused on enjoyment, motivation, and wellbeing
community-led and socially supportive
Whether someone is new to movement, returning after a long break, or simply looking for a fun and supportive way to be more active, our sessions offer a safe and encouraging starting point.
